The 275,000 sf front-loading bulk distribution building is located within the Gwinnett Progress Center located in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Publix will be using the facility for the warehousing and distribution of bakery products. Wit Truitt, SIOR of Trammell Crow cooperated on the transaction for Publix.

The cross-dock bulk distribution building is located within the Airport Distribution Center Park located at Southside Drive in Atlanta, Georgia. DynCorp will be using the facility for the warehousing and distribution of postal service products. Jake Owen of United Systems Integrators cooperated on the transaction for DynCorp.
