Napa Home & Garden, Inc. signs lease for 40,000 sf

Atlanta, GA - Adding to their most recent activity in the Northeast Atlanta industrial sub-market, Deane Stokes, SIOR & Jeff Nickol, SIOR cooperate on a lease for 40,000 sf with Napa Home & Garden, Inc. The 128,000 sf front load distribution building is owned & managed by RREEF and is located at 3270 Summit Ridge Parkway in Norcross, Georgia. RREEF was represented by NAI Brannen Goddard on this transaction.
   
Publix Supermarkets, Inc signs lease for 37,500 sf

Atlanta, GA - Adding to his most recent activity in the northeast submarket of Atlanta, GA., Jeff Nickol cooperates on a lease for 37,500 square feet with Publix. The 275,000 sf front-loading bulk distribution building is located within the Gwinnett Progress Center located in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Publix will be using the facility for the warehousing and distribution of bakery products. Wit Truitt, SIOR of Trammell Crow cooperated on the transaction for Publix.
   
DynCorp renews lease for 239,493 sf

Atlanta, GA - Adding to his most recent activity in the Atlanta area, Jeff Nickol renews a 239,493 square foot lease with DynCorp. The cross-dock bulk distribution building is located within the Airport Distribution Center Park located at Southside Drive in Atlanta, Georgia.
