Deane has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 19 years and has a long track record of success in representing office and industrial tenants on both a local and national level. Early in his career, while at Grubb & Ellis Company, he led a team of handpicked real estate professionals in assisting one of Midtown Atlanta's largest landowners with the disposition of their $30 million real estate asset. His team secured the listing of the property and was instrumental in the positioning and marketing of this property that led to a successful re-development transaction. He has since founded the company, Metropolitan Realty Associates located in Atlanta, Georgia. Over the past five years, Deane has personally completed in excess of $75 million in real estate transactions in over one million square feet of space. Deane is an Atlanta native, a graduate of Georgia State University and is an individual member of the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®, (SIOR).|

Scott has been in the real estate arena since 2004. Prior to joining iCORE, Scott worked with several national & international food related companies. Most recently, Scott worked with A. Camacho, Inc which merged with Mario Olive Company to become Mario Camacho Foods and the largest exporter of Spanish olives in the world. Scott was responsible for maintaining and growing their customer base including BJ’s Wholesale, Costco, Publix, Albertsons & Kroger. Scott also assisted in the implementation of a private label program with one of their retailers resulting in a 38% increase in profit for that year. Scott has extensive international food logistics experience and firsthand knowledge of how important locating optimal distribution center sites are to maximizing item profitability. Scott is a graduate of the University of Georgia earning a B.S. in Economics. He is affiliated with the Frozen Food Council of Georgia and the Food Manufacturers Executive Club.
Philip has over 20 years marketing and strategic planning experience with a range of both small and Fortune 500 companies. Currently a Visiting Assistant Professor of Real Estate at Mississippi State University and Doctoral Fellow in Real Estate with one of the nation's leading academic real estate programs, Philip is involved in a wide array of real estate research projects including industrial and warehouse space demand, REITs, and property insurance. In cooperation with iCORE, Philip will also conduct a program of research into the ways corporate real estate decisions affect firm performance and, ultimately, shareholder returns. As a corporate executive, Philip participated in numerous real estate and space use projects including new facility construction, build-out and a variety of tactical projects such as selection of furniture systems. Prior to joining the iCORE team, he completed the Master of Science in Real Estate program with Georgia State University, a MBA from Emory University and a BBA from the University of Georgia.
